Haleigh returned to Ethiopia in February 2011 to assess the projects previously started on the August 2010 mission. Trips to Dahley, Awassa, and orphanages in Addis Ababa proved to be encouraging with all of the thousands of donated books and school supplies still in use.

The Sisters of Kappa Kappa Gamma at The University of Texas held a BBQ to raise money for their philanthropy: Literacy. All proceeds benefited The Davis Moon Project.
